This seminar course is designed for currently certified nurse aides to maintain and enhance their professional knowledge and skill. The course will explore the nursing aide’s role in the care of the older adult with a focus on the physical changes related to the aging process. In addition psychosocial aspects of care and safety measures specific to the older adult will be presented.
