Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Any registrant will be eligible for a full refund of fees at any time before the course begins with written notification.
2. Registrants who complete at least 8 hours or one-half of the course, whichever is less and are dissatisfied with the in-person course; and who requests a refund in writing, providing a reasonable basis for their dissatisfaction, no later than the 14th day after the date the course is concluded will be eligible for a refund with return of certification of course completion.
3. A registrant who fails to attend in-person course (“no-show”) on scheduled date or will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of registration fees to another regularly scheduled course.
4. Registrants for on-line course have one year to complete the course after registration. No refund will be issued after course expiration.
5. On-line courses will not be issued a refund after taking an exam and issuance of a certificate of completion.
