Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Any registrant will be eligible for a refund of fees, minus a $15 processing fee, at any time before the course begins with written notification.
2. A registrant who fails to attend a course (“no-show”) on scheduled date or will not be eligible for a refund. However transfer of registration fees to another regularly scheduled course within 6 months of the course will be allowed.
3. On-line courses will not be issued a refund after taking an exam and/or issuance of a certificate of completion or course verficication.
